Embrace the opportunity to develop your scientific, technical and transferable skills to work towards a career that can help build an equal and sustainable future for all.
Our curriculum is designed to develop the attitudes and aptitudes required for you to succeed and we offer 4 degree courses at BSc and MSci level (with Study Abroad option): Environmental Geoscience, Geology, Geophysics and Palaeontology and Evolution. Our teaching is delivered by a wide range of international staff who are also experts in their research field. Lectures, lab practicals, field work, tutorials and peer group working (online or face to face) combine aspects of all natural sciences and will nurture your problem-solving, team-working, applied and quantitative skills. Three of our degrees are professionally accredited by The Geological Society, and we aim for full accreditation of Palaeontology and Evolution for 2021/2022.
