All Earth Sciences programmes have a strong practical element including field work in some of the best localities, lab work with world-class analytical facilities and running models on high-performance computers. In your independent projects, you will have access to broad range of facilities such as GIS and remote sensing, geophysical and meteorological computer modelling, through to high-tech specialist laboratories, including experimental facilities, physical geography lab techniques and a wide range of geochemical analytical tools.
